There is a very dirty pool located behind my job, and today it seems the owners of the home decided to empty it. The problem is, they set up a hose so that it empties out onto my job’s property! It’s flooding our drive-through area and being initially released onto a patch of ground with a few trees in it. If there is chlorine in the water, won’t this harm the plants? Can they even legally do this? I live in northern New Jersey and I have tried to google it, but I seem to only get how-to guides to emptying pools… My manager is out sick and no one else at work seems even the slightest bit concerned. Any clues where I could check for more info on this situation?
