My tenants are refusing to water the lawn and the green grass is dying. At first they said it was the cost but when I told them they’re responsible, they switched their tone and are suddenly environmentalists concerned about water conservation and refuse to use the sprinklers. If a home has a pool, how many gallons are used for upkeep? vs. how many gallons for watering a lawn? Maybe I can use that analogy bec they think it’s illegal to water your lawn in Los Angeles (it was lush and green when they moved in now it’s dead).
