I have probably about at 6 foot down slope away from my home in about a 50ft area. I am looking for the best/cheapest options for a lap style swimming pool. I think I must grade the property first before putting in either an above ground or inground pool, right? Thanks.

now that summer has come i will start going to the community swimming pools again with my friends.the place is very nice,with a lot of pools to swim in,bars,etc.but the problem is i like swimming underwater a lot and as far as i know quite a lot of people relieve(you know what i mean) themselves in the pools,just because they are too lazy to get out of them and use the toilets.what are the consequences of swimming underwater in pools where people use to relieve themselves?could you get some diseases?should i stop doing this?also,is it bad for your health to swim underwater quite a lot and for kinda long periods of time(i can hold my breath longer than most people can)?also,now i have a back yard pool at home and i love swimming there as well.i sometimes swim at night after 1 a.m. and i would like to turn on the radio,so i can listen to music.would this wake up the neighbors?2 of their houses are extremely close to ours,so would the music wake them up?
